New Patients


Our trading hours are as follows:

  • 7am to 6pm Monday to Thursday
  • 7am to 4pm Friday
  • 8am to 12 midday Saturday

Your first assessment appointment can last up to an hour and subsequent treatment appointments up to 30 minutes. Please give at least 2 hours notice should you wish to change or cancel an appointment.

To be able to properly assess you, you will be required to dress appropriately and expose the relevant areas. We have gowns and shorts available, but if you prefer please bring a pair of shorts if your problem is related to your back, hip, legs or feet. Ladies, please bring a strappy top if you have a jaw/neck, shoulder or upper back problem. Please also bring any relevant medical information eg XRays, MRI’s, scans etc.

Please complete our new patient infromation form, print and sign it, and bring it in with you.


We do not submit accounts to medical aids, but are a ‘pay upfront’ practice. We supply you with your statement (paper or email) immediately, for you to submit to your medical aid. Treatment codes used are recognised by all official medical aids. Each medical aid has its own ‘rates’ which vary between medical aids and within a medical aid, depending on what plan/scheme you belong to. Please contact your medical aid to find out their reimbursement procedure.
